1. Donation Processing
Donations made through GlobalNetPD’s website are securely processed by Stripe and PayPal via GiveWP.
We do not store or have access to full payment card details.
2. Use of Donations
Funds may be allocated to:
- The selected program
- Closely related humanitarian needs, if necessary
- Operational and administrative costs (when unrestricted)
3. Recurring Donations
Recurring donations (when enabled) continue until you cancel via:
- Your donor receipt
- Email request to info@globalnetpd.org
4. Refunds
GlobalNetPD uses a no-refund policy, except for:
- Duplicate donations
- Payment errors
- Unauthorized transactions
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days.
5. Fraud and Chargebacks
Unauthorized chargebacks may be referred to Stripe/PayPal for investigation.
