- If a project becomes fully funded, delayed, or impossible, funds may be reallocated to similar urgent humanitarian priorities
- Unrestricted gifts may support administrative and operational expenses

GlobalNetPD operates a no-refund policy, except in cases of:
- Duplicate donations
- Unauthorized transactions
- Technical/payment errors
Refund requests must be received within 7 days of donation.
